Fredericktowne Eye Care is a locally owned and operated optometry center
that's been serving the Frederick, Maryland, area for over 22 years. We offer comprehensive optometry services to meet the needs of our patients. - B.S. in Biology from Mt. St. Mary's in 1988
- O.D. from Pennsylvania College of Optometry
- Awarded Clinical Excellence in Pediatrics
Dr. Higinbotham is also a certified therapeutic optometrist who administers glaucoma medications, steroids, and antibiotics to patients.
